obesessed
Children of Vison, NZ boutique featuring the designs of bernhard willhelm, complex geometries, and c. neeon. Just when you thought you were bored of assymetrical stripes. By "you," I mean "I." Even more fantastic is the writing that grounds the collections. It always irks me when I say assymetrical stripes and someone responds "architecture." Something about the stream of consciousness writing besides their newest collections references something more ethereal.
My words do it no justice. Now to my latest monochromatic kick- Rozalb de Mura, from Romania.
The whole line is based on the cooling and solidification of magma, proving once again that if everyone starts with a core concept, and if you don't, it doesn't matter how great your garment is (final critique nightmare of '09, etc etc, may I relive it for years to come).

pitti filati
and some pictues of it in the booth..
The whole experience was really incredible- hopefully soon I'll have a picture of the back of the garment, in which all of those white cords loop around eachother to hold the garment together.

The second sweater for first semester- the triangle that comes down the front has snaps on the inside! Behind Adi you can see Tamen in the back wearing a simple drape from my industrial knit collection.

Some silly dress up pictures of the fuzzy wrap sweater I finished this semester. More straight forward pictures to come, once i'm back from break.
